The following Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern your use of www.santaticket.com (“Site”) provided by Hytix, Inc.(“Company,” “Hytix,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). The user of the Site (“You” or “Your”) agrees to abide by these TOS. We may update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. By using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Failure to comply with these TOS may result in suspension or termination of your account, removal of your event listing, or cancellation of ticket sales.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, SantaTicket grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Site to manage and sell tickets for your holiday events.

No fee is required to access the Site itself, but certain services (e.g., ticket sales, premium tools) may incur charges as per our pricing policies. All access is provided for the purpose of event management and ticketing through SantaTicket, powered by Hytix, Inc.

You agree not to copy, duplicate, sell, resell, lease, distribute, or otherwise exploit any part of the Site or its content for commercial purposes. Your use is limited to viewing, managing, and retaining information for your own events listed on SantaTicket.

All content you provide, including event descriptions, images, schedules, and pricing, is your responsibility. SantaTicket acts solely as a ticketing agent; Hytix, Inc. does not produce, operate, or guarantee the quality of any event.

By posting content on SantaTicket, you grant Hytix a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and use such content for the purposes of providing ticketing services. Hytix may remove any content that violates these Terms, is unlawful, offensive, or otherwise harmful.

You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including copyright, privacy, and accessibility requirements for content you post.

We may terminate your access to SantaTicket at any time, with or without notice, in our sole discretion. This may include suspension or removal of event listings, cancellation of ticket sales, or restriction of your account for violations of these Terms.
